of Exchanges
and returns
Freiou offers its customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories it sells. Due to the respect it has for its customers, in order to maintain the credibility it has gained and always achieve consumer satisfaction, it has created an Exchange and Return Policy. Know below the rules of this policy and in which situations you can use it.
GENERAL
Occurrences involving exchange or return must be reported to Freiou. Product returned without this communication, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be resent without prior consultation. The products do not undergo any changes in our Distribution Center: we send them to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer. If any of the following occurs, refuse to receive the product:
Opened or damaged packaging;
defective product;
Product not in accordance with the order;
Missing accessories.
If, however, the product is received inadvertently, one or more of the cases described above are found to have occurred, please contact our Customer Service Center within 72 hours.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
The exchange request must be communicated to our Customer Service Center within seven calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be without violation of the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by invoice, manual, all accessories and preferably in the original packaging. All products will undergo a prior analysis and if there is no defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions described in the previous topic, the product will be sent back to the customer. The contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and its term and form of use are mentioned in the Warranty Term that accompanies the product.
GIVING UP / REPENTANCE
To return a product for regret, the following conditions must be observed: The deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, informing us of your decision and informing the order number; The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories; When Freiou receives the material, we will have a period of seven days to accept the return. This acceptance consists of verifying that the product received was the same as the one delivered, that it is complete and in perfect conditions of use. After approval, Freiou has a period of up to 30 days to refund or credit the total amount of the transaction (products + shipping) with the buyer's card administrator or credit his bank account. It is worth remembering that exchange is different from withdrawal, if the product has been delivered correctly as ordered, does not present any defect, and the customer wants to exchange the product for another, because he bought it wrong, the return and shipping freights referring to the EXCHANGE will be for the account of the customer.
